Justice?

What happens when you do not pay for your custom greenhouse and front porch?
What does a British builder do when left about $44,000 out of pocket by a customer who did not pay? He has taken matters into his own hands by demolishing his own work.
After months of trying to extract his fee from Anita Dovey, dozens of second chances and the threat of legal action, building boss Nigel Gray decided a dose of summary justice was needed.
Now it appears the local council, who backed Mr Gray's course of action, say that Ms. Dovey will have to pay a demolition fee too.
Obviously Ms. Dovey doesn't know the 6 P's. Proper Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance. With a good budget, she could have saved and paid for this with no problem. Now she has a headache to deal with on top of it.
